You will not go wrong choosing this house. Absolutely beautiful. One of the best and cleaner house i have ever been. Everything is so nice. The view is spectacular and the house sets on a hill that require good effort to reach to it . Pros 1) The cleanest house i have ever been and i travel a lot. You can smell freshness everywhere. 2) They have thought of everything including electrical adopters. Even extra blanket, towels, etc. are available if you need them 3) The security of the house is very high 4) Amble seating arrangement both inside and out 5) beautiful Garden and facility 6) Swimming pool is small but sufficient to dip in and enjoy and kept cleaned although it is not season 7) Stunning view from the garden. I have enjoyed different views at different timing 8 ) For responsive staff and welling to help Cons 1) The house is in the hills and require you to climb 54 stair steps and 72 walking steps elevated concrete paved path. If you have physical limitation and or you have heavy luggage, like me you need to consider. I assume if it is not high, it would not beautiful 2) The bedding and pillows are not so comfortable. For me the house is so beautiful and i have really enjoyed every moment of my stay. Thanks to those made available for us to enjoy

HOUSE * very clean * all you need in the kitchen * big garden with nice flowers, fruit trees etc. * small shampoo and showergel for all guests * perfect for 2 adults and one child (1 bedroom, 1 bed in the living room) * because of the rooms are not seperated, it could all be heard in the whole apartment * Pool was about 2m x 3m and nice for refreshing but looks much bigger on the pictures * due to the price and the information that it`s for 5 persons we thought it would be the whole house, but it`s only the apartment at the bottom POSITION * The view was amazing. You can look all over the bay and Pieve Ligure, specially by night really nice * The way up to the church (half way to the house) was very narrow but ok * Last way to the garage is really tight and not for all cars and NO one-way street - so you have to be carefull driving up and down because there is little space finding a space to wait (only for very good drivers) * From the garage it`s a short way with steps up to the house SOURROUNDING AREA * many small stonebeach bays around with clear water (Bogliasco, Quinto...) about 15 minuits away * we took a taxi (we reccomend Carlo Lucatti, Taxi Bogliasco) to get to the beach and into the downtown to the restaurants (was one way about 15€) * There is bus station at the church but we didn`t use it * Next bus station is down in the town - if you want to walk there it`s about 400 steps 🙂 walking up again is really heavy when it`s warm so we were glad finding the taxi! * The shops in the towns were almost all closed. Most restaurants open in the evening, the restaurants that were open at noon for lunch just had a small card (without pizza). Prices are really ok! We recommend "Just Peruzzi" in Bogliasco with a big terasse with nice view over the sea. Really classy and good prices! OTHERS * CheckIn & Out personal (Andrea) was very friendly and helpful * An exciting adventure was one night when we heard noises everywhere. Then we find out there were wild pigs on the tight pedestrian path in front of our front garden door (with a high fence). Was very exciting watching them but we thought it would be good to know, because we didn`t want to face them when walking home at night 🙂

This is truly a magical place. The house is cozy and decorated with style. The view and the garden though are the best part of this accommodation. You can seat outside enjoying this stunning view in the middle of a wonderful garden. You can be assured you will have a very relaxing stay. Just a note for foreigners and not super skilled drivers: the road is really steep and, even though it is hard to believe, it is not a one way street so probably it would be best to rent a scooter.
