Bell'appartamento, grande, pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort. Posizione comoda per chi arriva con il treno e i responsabili della struttura, contattati solo via telefono, sono stati molto gentili e disponibili.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und in einem perfekten Zustand. Die Betten waren super bequem, auf dem Balkon ist es ruhig. Die Lage ist gut (ca 10 min zu Fuß bis zum Hafen) aber parken ist ein bisschen tricky, auf dem Parkplatz an der Seilbahn waren aber einige freie Plätze. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war 10/10, wir konnten die Wohnung spontan noch beziehen obwohl es schon 19:00 war. Cinzia (Kunden- Support) war sehr nett und geduldig. 12/10 would recommend!
Mi è piaciuta la buona organizzazione pur non vedendo nessuno dello staff ma facendo tutto da telefono e ritirando le chiavi dalla key box posta difronte all'appartamento niente male complimenti allo staff, meno purtroppo per la posizione e per la mancanza di un parcheggio che a parer mio deve essere fatto per forza, ascensore purtroppo una persona alla volta per salire fino al 5 piano però appartamento nuovo pulito e bello.

Bardzo dobrze oceniamy nasz pobyt. Świetna lokalizacja, cicha okolica, blisko na plażę i do centrum miasta. Mieszkanie przestrzenne i jasne, można korzystać z balkonu. Wygodne łóżko.
We had an incredible stay! The apartment is clean, spacious, well furnished and well located ! I want to emphasize how comfortable the bed was! We would most definitely recommend !
Casa bellissima molto pulita e tenuta molto bene! Una grandissima pecca è trovare parcheggio, non è per niente facile trovarlo, anche perché sono tutti posti per i residenti🤷♀️
The apartment is attractive and in an excellent condition with good facilities. It has a bedroom, kitchen (with dishwasher), bathroom (with laundry machine), lounge (with sofa bed) and balcony. It is on the 5th floor with an elevator. It is around 10 minutes walk to the train station. Parking is on street, in August it was difficult to find a space and requires quite some persevering. The check-in procedure was not smooth unfortunately. The apartment was not ready for us at 15:00 as indicated on airbnb. We were told around 30 minutes before that it would be late. We exchanged several (Hidden by Airbnb) messages and had a call during the afternoon. We finally got entry at 19:30, as the keys had been put in their storage place - we had still not heard from the host. Linen and towels for only two guests were provided, after a further message the bed linen and towels for our son were provided the following day. We had an excellent stay and would throughly recommend the apartment and location.
L'appartamento bello e pulito, con tutti i confort posizione eccezionale. Disponibilita dei gestori assolutamente di alto livello, attenti ad ogni esigenza, puntuali nelle informazioni e nei contatti, rispettosi e gentili curando l' accoglenza in ogni dettaglio.
Es war alles perfekt, die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Kommunikation war sehr gut habe immer sehr schnell eine Antwort bekommen 🙂 Vielen Dank für alles, wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmals diese Wohnung buchen wenn wir wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße 🙂

La cucina è dotata di tutti il necessario sia come elettrodomestici che come utensili. La camera da letto ha un grande armadio e spazi vari per abiti e scarpe. L'appartamento si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro (stazione, vie di passeggio) e 15 dal lungomare e varie spiagge. Vicino casa ci sono supermercati e panifici.

The place is nice, clean and in a walking distance to the center. Communication was easy. Finding a parking in front of the house is really very hard.

Rapallo is one of the most popular places to stay on the Riviera. The city, which overlooks the Gulf of Tigullio, develops around a small historic center and the splendid seaside promenade characterized by the presence of a fairy-tale castle on the seashore of the sixteenth century. In Rapallo you can find everything you need for a nice beach holiday in Liguria. The seafront is a succession of bars, ice cream parlors and restaurants and from here the boats depart to reach the other towns of the Gulf. The city, a reference point for yachting thanks to its two marinas, is famous for hosting one of the most renowned golf courses in Italy in its immediate hinterland.

Nearby is the cable car that leads to the Sanctuary of Montallegro from where you can admire a wonderful view of the Gulf of Tigullio.

Cancellation Policies

Conditions
- Online check-in must be completed at least two days prior to arrival with the registration of each person staying in the accommodation. Registration takes place in advance of arrival through a convenient online wizard. The instructions will be sent by email, together with the house rules after the booking.
- The signing of a short rental contract is required (see all terms and conditions) even for stays of a few days.
- Late check-in may incur a surcharge and all requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
