Tolle Wohnung , leider mit Zuglärm

There are many great things about this apartment: it is spacious, well-located, modern and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the lighting was adequate. There is no air-conditioning which can be a problem on hot days and the trains, which run right outside the kitchen window, make a racket (we got used to this pretty quickly, however). Check-in was an issue for us as we couldn't get cell service in Camogli and had no way of reaching our contact. Be aware that you must fill out the required paper work before you arrive as the person meeting you is not authorized to take that information I guess. The biggest issue for anyone driving a car to Camogli like we did is parking. The host was not helpful in providing us with information about this issue - probably due to difficulty with English. What I would have loved to know is that parking spaces marked with white lines are free, spaces marked with blue are paid, and those marked in yellow are for residents only. Be warned, spaces are hard to find and won't be near the apartment. Once we got everything figured out, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic time at Andrea's place. It was clean, comfortable, and in the PERFECT location. If you are there over a Wednesday you will have the adorable market right out your front door. After a busy work week at the Cannes Film Festival, it was the perfect, peaceful detour. Plus, it's in the ideal spot to visit other beautiful areas in Liguria, like Portofino, a thirty-minute drive away. We can't wait to return!

Everything was as described. The stay was comfortable and relaxing. The apartment is actually just few steps away from the beach. Mundane amenities such supermarket, pharmacy, baker etc pretty much everything you need are right around the apartment building at a stones throw away. Best part the apartment has a elevator☺️. Will book it again.

bella e ampia casa nella parte alta di Camogli, molto luminosa. la cucina non è di base attrezzata con i condimenti dj base , lo zucchero e il caffe, ma la proprietà ci ha fornito dell'olio e del sale subito, a richiesta. Se devo fare una critica, il percorso del check in è farraginoso , dovendo tu fornire copia di tutti i green pass da uploadare, i dati da inserire online di ogni persona e pagare online la tassa di soggiorno attendendo l'arrivo di codici che non arrivano. Il personale è comunque estremamente gentile e disponibile. Anche la richiesta di presenza al check out è forse più adatta ad una agenzia per affitti a lungo termine che ad un airbnb.

L'appartamento di Andrea è da consigliare ! La posizione è perfetta a pochi metri dal lungomare di Camogli (é nella strada parallela al lungomare) con un gran numero di ristoranti e bar e parecchia movida (per chi fosse interessato), spiaggia, bei tramonti e un supermercato a 2 minuti a piedi. L'appartamento è al terzo piano e le foto rendono bene la realtà. Ha un salone con vista parziale sul mare, due comode camere da letto, due bagni, una cucina abitabile e ben attrezzata e una sala da pranzo annessa alla cucina. L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato nei dettagli da poco e risulta molto piacevole da vivere. Unico neo è la vicinanza del treno con i binari che passano alle spalle del palazzo dal lato della cucina ma che si sente poco dalle camere da letto che affacciano sul lato opposto. Dal punto di vista gestione della casa, Andrea è stato molto solerte nel risolvere un problema di riscaldamento. Quindi anche su questo fronte, promosso a pieni voti. Insomma una sistemazione che ci sentiamo di consigliare caldamente.

Casa molto accogliente e molto ben ristrutturata e spaziosa ubicazione ottima vicino a tutti i servizi e a due passi dal favoloso via lungomare di Camogli e dello splendido Golfo Paradiso
