Sono andato con i miei 2 figli all'acquario. Abbiamo frequentato le vie principali di Genova, abbiamo fatto colazione e cenato all'aperto, tutto molto rilassato e carino. Posizione ottima per l'acquario.

Posizione perfetta: raggiungibile con 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Piazza Principe, l'appartamento è situato nel cuore dei caruggi e del tessuto vivo della città, a due passi dalle zone storiche e più eleganti del centro così come dal porto vecchio e le sue importanti attrazioni (acquario e museo del mare, ma non solo). Alloggio sufficientemente spazioso, ben organizzato e dotato di tutti i comfort, è stata un'ottima esperienza in previsione di soggiorni più prolungati. Rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente concorrenziale rispetto alle soluzioni alberghiere valutate nella zona. Gestori molto puntuali e precisi nel fornire le necessarie informazioni per accedere alla struttura, ed estremamente solleciti e cortesi nell'assicurarsi che tutto fosse chiaro e in ordine e stesse procedendo nel migliore dei modi.

Apartment itself was good, the bed was okay and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances to cook. It was clean, cute and overall good place to stay for a while. Although location looks good on paper and is right downtown the street was unsafe. There was people lurking outside the apartment and the night life was loud and long on this particular street.

Thank you Paolo for the nice stay we had at Via Maddalena. Over all we were quite happy. The apartament is located in a vivid street with little stores in the heart of Genua's centro storico. The only thing we can mention negatively is that by looking at the fotos, we expected the apartement to be a bit larger than it actually was. But, over all, we enjoyed our time.
It was a very nice time. We made a 21-day trip all over Italy. The location of the Paola's apartament is in the heart of Genova. It allowed us to see all sort of things of real life of a very dynamic and vibrant city. Furthermore, the flat was clean and just. Me and my parents were very satisfied. We would certainly come back and recommend her as one of the best hosts.
The location of the apartment is the best. Just a minute walk to the via Garibaldi with all of the magnificent palaces and the old town. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The host answered all of our questions very fast and was friendly 👍 definitely recommended 👌
For two people staying in Genoa for two nights, this apartment was great. There is considerable space and AMAZING air conditioning. The location is perfect, in the middle of everything the city has to offer, but some nights us two girls didn’t feel safe walking home at night because the access street did not seem like the ‘best part of town’. However, we adjusted to it and learned to ignore the ‘cat calls’. Overall we loved this apartment, just might not be for young kids or solo travelers.
Super zentrale Wohnung! Alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Da es aber leider in der Nähe, bzw. im Rotlichtviertel liegt, ist die Wohnung eher nicht für 2 (junge) Frauen geeignet. Sowohl tagsüber als auch abends halten sich viele Männer direkt vor der Wohnung auf, was sehr unangenehm sein kann/ist. Ansonsten alles tip top!
If you’re looking to explore Genova this apartment is perfect since it was located in the centre of the city, with walking distance to the main square, the port and the train station. The apartment in itself was really nice and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and great for two guests traveling together. The host was also very kind and understanding and responded quickly and clearly if we had questions. We can only recommend this apartment.
Situated in the very city center which is great, maybe a bit noisy on Friday night but that’s due to the position. Good communication, clean small place ideal for short stay.

Très bon séjour chez Paola, le logement était propre et la communication bonne. Nous avons eu une petite difficulté à trouver le airbnb mais avons très rapidement eu des réponses à nos messages, la réactivité était très bonne . Nous avons même pu y accéder plus tôt que prévu. L'emplacement est bon, très bien situé dans le centre historique par rapport aux activités aux alentours, bien que le quartier ne pas le meilleur. Nous le recommandons, merci à Paola.
L’appartement est parfaitement situé pour visiter Gênes. Le seul bémol c’est que la rue est assez animée et donc un peu bruyante … mais vraiment un super chouette endroit, propre et cosy .

Ottima sistemazione, appartamento di giuste dimensioni, spartano nell'arredamento ma essenziale e funzionale, soprattutto PULITISSIMO. Posizione fantastica, vicino a tutto. 5 minuti e sei al porto antico, 2 minuti e sei in piazza De Ferrari, 15 minuti e sei in stazione P.Principe. Anche di notte tranquilla e comunque c'è sempre movimento. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento e Paola come Ost. GRAZIE MILLE

The communication was very good. When we arrived, the apartment wasn't cleaned yet but once we've reached out to them and been out for a few hours, it was all nicely done. It is located super central which was nice. Be aware that it is situated in / near the red light district of the genovese old town though. It was fine for us, but we weren't sure if it could get unpleasant at night. Overall a nice stay!
We stayed here for 2 nights, the place was overall clean, well equipped and suitable for 2 people, however it was slightly expensive for the size of the apartment and the area it is located in. I must say though, that the street the apartment is located in feels a little bit unsafe as a lot of drug dealers were roaming the area asking if we wanted to buy anything, quite a shame. However, Paola was incredibly nice and welcoming, and even accepted a compensation for the power shortage of the internet by the telecom company.
Everything was really great, the apartment looked great and very clean with air conditioning (which I usually miss in Italy). Located in the heart of historical center so you can really get into the small cosy Genova street ambiance. Not so far from shopping streets and the bay with a great sea view. A few stops by bus and you can find Genova's pebble beaches. Overall had a great stay!

Where is the apartment located?
Lovely Mini-Apartment in the heart of Genoa is strategically located because it allows you to reach all the city's places of interest within a few minutes walk. You will find yourself in the midst of the typical Genoese alleys, among the scents of kitchens from all over the world and Italy, the many places to stay late, the splendid churches and the ancient palaces of the Superba. The area where the property is located, like the whole historic center, has very limited traffic, but those arriving by car can take advantage of the Ponte Morosini al Porto Antico car park, which offers discounted rates to our guests.

Cancellation Policies

Conditions
- Online check-in must be completed at least two days prior to arrival with the registration of each person staying in the accommodation. Registration takes place in advance of arrival through a convenient online wizard. The instructions will be sent by email, together with the house rules after the booking.
- The signing of a short rental contract is required (see all terms and conditions) even for stays of a few days.
- Late check-in may incur a surcharge and all requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
- The deposit must be paid by pre-authorization on a credit card or bank transfer.
The security deposit will be returned maximum 7-14 days after checkout.
