The accommodation is a tidy two-room apartment fully equipped and consists of a large kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob plus flat screen TV, a large and bright room with double bed, two single bunk beds plus a sunbed / cot for children up to 3 years, as well as a second flat screen TV. The bathroom is complete with shower and washing machine.
For an even more comfortable stay, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are available. The property is located on the third floor of a historic building of the seventeenth century, there is no elevator. And because it’s in the center, you can easily reach all the attractions of the town on foot, from the shops to the beaches, to the station.
Albenga is located at the mouth of the Centa River and in front of Gallinara Island, a regional marine park. The resort is very popular with kitesurfing and fishing lovers.

La casa di Diego rispecchia la descrizione e le fotografie postate. Palazzo antico e lunghe scale con scalini alti, ottimo allenamento per chi non ha problemi, ma da tenere in considerazione in altri casi. Nel nostro caso abbiamo tenuto i contatti con Cinzia, gentilissima. Pur essendo marzo faceva molto freddo ed è stato necessario tenere sempre accese le pompe di calore, purtroppo rumorose di notte. La nostra richiesta di coperte aggiuntive è stata prontamente soddisfatta. Il wi-fi funziona molto bene, è risultato stabile in una video-conferenza con molti partecipanti. Per un soggiorno lungo la mancanza di un balcone potrebbe farsi sentire, ma per un appoggio breve complessivamente lo consiglio.

L'appartamento è una mansarda al terzo piano (senza ascensore ma in un palazzo storico è normale) in un tranquillo e silenzioso condominio situato in un eccellente posizione per visitare il centro storico della città. Comodissimo per tutti i servizi (negozi di ogni tipo, farmacie, ristoranti e supermercati). Parcheggio disponibile gratuitamente nelle vie immediatamente vicine. Gli spazi interni sono ampi per quanto riguarda la zona notte ed il bagno, molto meno per la zona giorno che è sfornita anche di divano (c'è solamente una poltrona). Il letto era molto comodo e c'era molto spazio per riporre i vestiti. Molto buona la climatizzazione (sia aria condizionata che pompa di calore).

We stayed one week in the flat and we liked it very much. Very good location in the old city, quiet, many restaurants around. Free parking a few minutes away (along the river, white lines). 3 rooms: a well-equipped kitchen, a big sleeping room with a double bed and 2 additional single beds, and a bathroom. We will come back there !
Our stay was perfectly organized and the communication was quick and easy! We would recommend the appartment to everybody. The location is in the center of the old city and the appartment was very clean!

- The deposit must be paid by pre-authorization on a credit card or bank transfer.
The security deposit will be returned maximum 7-14 days after checkout.
