L'appartamento, silenzioso e spazioso, ha tutto quello che serve. L'ampio terrazzo permette di godersi i tetti e il mare di Ceriale, che dista un minuto a piedi. Ritorneremo!
In the middle of the Old town of Ceriale, great location and beautiful view of the sea from the terrace. Very modern with all you need for a stay. Very easy to communicate, Ilaria, the women in Ceriale itself, is very friendly and helpful. The centro storico offers everything, little shops with fresh vegetables, gelaterias, bakeries and restaurants are nearby and easy to walk to. Nice, brandnew beachfront and beach itself.

Mauro’s place is a little gem in Ceriale. Right next to the beach, but still in centro storico. You share your terrace with seagulls and the scent from the bakery from nearest street. Walk to cafes and restaurants and fruit shops. Small, well kept, refined.
L'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano di un palazzo nel centro storico. Ha una bella terrazza ampia con vista mare laterale, negozi e servizi nelle immediate vicinanze. Luminoso, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici, aria condizionata e televisore in ogni stanza. Pulizia ineccepibile. Grazie a Ilaria che ci ha dato tutte le informazioni e a Simona che ci ha accolti. Soggiorno super piacevole 😊

Check in previsto dalle 16 ma anticipato senza problemi così come il check out (alle 13 anzichè alle 10), senza sovrapprezzo. Posizione perfetta a 50 metri dal mare e nel centro di Ceriale, comodissimo per spiagge e negozi. Incluso posto auto nelle vicinanze.

Splendido appartamento, appena ristrutturato e molto ben arredato, completo di tutto e molto pulito. Ottima la posizione (a due passi dal mare), tranquillo, letti molto comodi. Perfetto per famiglia, ha un terrazzo con vista mare molto bello e ampio, con sdraio e tenda parasole. Lo consiglio a tutti e di sicuro ci ritornerò.

- Online check-in must be completed at least two days prior to arrival with the registration of each person staying in the accommodation. Registration takes place in advance of arrival through a convenient online wizard. The instructions will be sent by email, together with the house rules after the booking.
- The signing of a short rental contract is required (see all terms and conditions) even for stays of a few days.
- Late check-in may incur a surcharge and all requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
- The deposit must be paid by pre-authorization on a credit card or bank transfer.
The security deposit will be returned maximum 7-14 days after checkout.
- A supplement is required for animals.
