Bellissima a partire dalla pulizia all'arredamento tutto troppo perfetto 🥰,pensavo che per il parcheggio sarebbe stato difficile ed invece è stato più semplice di quanto pensassi. Mi sono innamorata di quell'appartamento ritornerò sicuramente 🥰

appartamento spazioso, con due bagni.accogliente per i bambini.all'arrivo non è segnalato che bisogna accendere la caldaia...ma poi ho trovato. un pò distante dal centro e difficoltà a trovare parcheggi. ma cmq comodo perchè isolato dal traffico e rumori visto che Genova è molto rumorosa.con l'auto raggiungevamo facilmente il parcheggio del porto per passare la giornata fuori

Malgré quelques problèmes rencontrés à l'arrivé, notre hôte a été très réactif et très gentil, ce qui est agréable. L'appartement est joli, bien décoré et agencé, bien équipé. (Petit bémol pour le lit de la première chambre qui grince énormément au moindre mouvement). Il est aussi idéalement placé car il est un peu à l'écart du centre ville donc l'environnement est bien plus calme, et à la fois suffisamment proche pour pouvoir faire plein de choses à pied grâce au funiculaire et aux ascenceurs de ville. Il est situé dans un immeuble ancien sécurisé et bien entretenu. L'arrivée autonome est simple et pratique. Toutes les instructions se trouvent sur la table à l'intérieur. Tout est mis en place pour que le séjour soit agréable et que nous ne manquions de rien. Je recommande.
Super très bel appartement, très beau séjour seulement il n’y a pas de Clim et l’appartement est un peu loin du centre de Genes mais il reste tout de même très bien. L’arrivée et le départ sont facile et bien organisés.
Un vrai coup de cœur pour cet Appartement esthétiquement parfait, au top 👍 Très propre, très bien décoré tel que sur les photos. Les 2 salles de bain sont vraiment un plus et permettent de gagner du temps à plusieurs. L’arrivée autonome avec la boîte à clé est très pratique. Très calme et spacieux, c’est vraiment une belle surprise. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Je recommande a 1000%

Appartement vaste (2 chambres, grand séjour, deux salles de bain) dans un immeuble de bonne facture. La situation de l'appartement, en hauteur, à 20 minutes de la via Garibaldi se révèle judicieuse : à l'écart de la foule et un air plus frais. Accueil professionnel, état impeccable. Un seul bémol : le caractère impersonnel de cet appartement qui n'est pas un airbnb traditionnel loué occasionnellement mais un appartement-hôtel réservé exclusivement à la location . Une réserve aussi : les travaux bruyants en cours dans un appartement voisin, désagréables le matin. Bon rapport qualité/prix
The new apartment is located in a very nice old building. The building is on a steep hill so be prepared to walk the slope. The neighbourhood is very calm and safe so there is no problem with noise during the night. If you are arriving with the car, be prepared to look for a parking space. Genova is really busy! + new, spacious apartment, 15 minutes walk to the old town, very calm, no noise, prompt communication with the host - no hangers in the wardrobe, no hangers for coats, one bed is a little creaky, cleanliness of the apartment was not the best!

Very nice modern apartment on the eastern hights og Genua. Walking distance to what we needed. And don't miss the excellent fishrestaurant La Barcacchia.
Amazing place, really does look just like the pictures and the checkin process is very slick. You also have an amazing agent who handles any queries that you might have almost instantly. The only thing i would say is that its on quite a steep hill, so take some comfortable shoes if you plan on walking anywhere. Will definitely recommend to stay again. Alan
