Wir waren zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Es war sauber und wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage war auch zufriedenstellend, mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Portofino. Das einzig negative ist die fehlende Klimaanlage bzw. andere Alternativen um mit der Hitze klarzukommen. Vor Ort gab es 2 Ventilatoren, jedoch hat nur einer funktioniert. Der Insektenschutz war an einigen Fenstern kaputt, dementsprechend hatte man mit Insekten zu kämpfen. Der Check-in und Check-out ging problemlos, die Kommunikation war auch gut.

Très bon séjour. Peut-être léger bémol de ne pas avoir rencontré l'hôte nous avons fais un self check-in et check-out. Pour le reste tout c'est très bien passé, logement propre et conforme à l'annonce

Nette Basis um Rapallo und Umgebung zu erkunden. Man ist super schnell in der Stadt und auch am Meer. Die Wohnung bietet eigentlich alles was man braucht. Lediglich die Sauberkeit, vor allem im Bad hat ein wenig zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Außerdem ist die Wohnung ziemlich hellhörig, auch was die restlichen Parteien im Haus angeht. Für den Preis aber durchaus empfehlenswert.

Lovely place! it's Located outside of the main city, conveniently close to the motorway. So don't expect to be in the beautiful centre of Rapallo with all the atmosphere. But it's easy to take a bus (10 minutes) to city/port of Rapallo. Big lovely kitchen, but could have been better equipped for families who wish to cook at home. Rapallo is lively and is a great location for visiting Cinque Terre and Portofino. Can warmly recommend

Unser Aufenthalt war traumhaft. Der kontaktlose Check-In funktionierte einwandfrei und sogar 2 Stunden früher als geplant. Die Wohnung ist nicht mehr ganz neu, aber sauber und aufgeräumt. Für uns als Ehepaar mit 2 Kindern und Hund war die Wohnung optimal. Bis auf eine Kaffeemaschine oder einen Kaffeekocher war in der Küche alles nötige vorhanden. Aufgrund der grossen Hitze tagsüber, waren die Insetkenschutzgitter Gold wert, um in der Nacht etwas kühle Luft in die Wohnung zu bringen. Abgerundet wurde das ganze vom grossen privaten Garten, in welchem wir Essen konnten und unser Hund grosszügig Freilauf geniessen konnte. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich zudem ein Lebensmittelladen wo alles für den täglichen Bedarf inkl. frisches Brot, Fleisch und Käse gefunden wird. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ottima organizzazione e alloggio dotato di tutto ciò che uno si aspetta

Appartamento impeccabile: pulito, ben attrezzato, dotato di piccolo giardino e posto auto dedicato. Buona l'organizzazione e la comunicazione con l'agenzia che lo gestisce. Unico neo, la posizione non centralissima: a piedi è una mezz'ora dal lungomare di Rapallo, e una quarantina di minuti dalla stazione dei treni. Però dipende molto da che tipo di giro si vuole fare e da come si è organizzati. Chicca nascosta: la doccia. Comoda e con una caldaia che pompa acqua davvero bollente, vi basta qualche minuto per trasformare il bagno in un bagno turco pieno di vapore: molto rilassante dopo una giornata di giri a piedi.

Modern, updated, clean, comfortable, spacious, and 100% functional, conveniently located apartment ! Comfortable bed, great walk-in shower, very nice kitchen, parking just a few steps from the ground floor entrance, and then just 3 or 4 stair steps to the entrance of the apartment ! We really enjoyed our stay, and would not hesitate to return. Also, excellent communication with the host from start to finish. Many thanks for everything !
