The apartment and location is great. It it big, bright, comfortable, has everything needed and located not too far from the train station/waterfront area. Got the vibe that host is really particular about following the rules (50 euros for not taking garbage out is kind of a lot in my opinion, but it's okay if you follow them, there's nothing crazy). Also loved the pillows! Was a pleasure to spend time there and would definitely come again
Mi sono trovata molto bene come alloggio e come posizione. Ma per il prezzo che ho pagato mi sarei aspettata piu shampoo e saponi in bagno. E qualcosa in cucina tipo sale, olio, bustine di the e zucchero. E si poteva aggiungere anche bottiglia di vino ligure...grazie
Si è contattati da un’agenzia che si occupa di tutto. Non incontri mai nessuno, ti mandano tramite cellulare tutte delle indicazioni per prendere le chiavi attraverso un codice. La mattina del check-out vengono a suonarti alla porta alle 10:10 (check out entro le 10)

L'alloggio molto accogliente e pulito siamo stati benissimo, ottimo anche per la posizione host molto gentile.
Appartement cosy et propre, l'emplacement est idéal au centre de la ville non loin de la mer et des commerces. Le prix est très correct pour la qualité proposée. Merci beaucoup, nous avons passé un super week-end.
Arrivée autonome, hôte réactive via messagerie instantanée même durant la nuit. Je recommande ce spot à 5 km de Portofino, tout est accessible à proximité. Nous sommes arrivées en voiture, et par miracle le parking et les bandes blanches signifies que c'est gratuit ! Etant de Paris la gratuité est rare. Du coup excepté le vendredi où il est préférable de changer l'emplacement car le marché sera là pour vous ravitailler durant votre séjour. Merci pour ces 3 jours Paola.

Great apartment on a nice residential street. 15min walk from the train station and 10min walk from the centre. There is a great restaurant downstairs, bakery next door, pharmacy across the street and Carrefour supermarket 2min walk. The apartment has a balcony which is a big bonus.
It was very hot the days we stayed in this beautiful apartment, hence we missed airconditioning. Difficult to find a parkering for the car in the area. Central location with the city center few minutes walk away.
Super nuit passée dans cet appartement bien situé, moderne et super fonctionnel. L'organisation au top ! Juste petite note: pensez aux boulescaisses ! En nuit de grosse chaleur, il n y a pas la clim et les fenêtres doivent etre ouvertes, et comme les locaux et touristes sont très bruyants à toute heure, peu de sommeil en perspective ! Mais c est le charme aussi de ce magnifique pays !
Santa margareta es un punto muy cómodo para moverse y conocer cinco terre, porto fino. Una ciudad con muchas tiendas y con restaurantes y opciones de paseo entretenidas.
Благодарю за прекрасное время пребывание в ваших апартах Очень понравилось что апарты 2-х комнатные с балконом, на кухне есть все для готовки вкусного ужина, в соседнем здании отличный магазин с морепродуктами, вином и свежими фруктами. Отличное расположение, 10 мин до пляжа и кафе, небольшим минусом могу назвать близость к собору который бьет в колокол с 7.30 каждый час, в апартах есть отличный вентилятор, освежает, отсутствие кондиционера в жаркие дни тоже небольшой минус, но вобщем, я очень доволен, прекрасно отдохнули и буду рекомендовать друзьям!)

Nice apartment in a good position (around 15 minutes walk from the sea). Self check-in is quite comfortable. New furniture with a well furnished kitchen. Definitely recommended.
