Rapallo is one of the most popular places to stay on the Riviera. The city, which overlooks the Gulf of Tigullio, develops around a small historic center and the splendid seaside promenade characterized by the presence of a fairy-tale castle on the seashore from the 16th century. In Rapallo you can find everything you need for a beautiful beach holiday in Liguria. The seafront is a succession of bars, ice cream parlors and restaurants and boats leave from here to reach the other locations in the Gulf. The city, a point of reference for pleasure boating thanks to its two marinas, is famous for hosting one of the most renowned golf courses in Italy in its immediate hinterland.

Il terrazzo e la disposizione delle stanze
Difficoltà di parcheggio, ma a 300 metri c'è un parcheggio free. A due passi dal centro. Struttura pulita, con bellissima terrazza, Camera un po' piccola e minimalista. Per il resto siamo stati bene.
Tutto molto facile e regolare nella gestione dell'accesso e delle comunicazioni. L'appartamento è molto particolare per la sua disposizione con un grande terrazzo che permette di approfittare delle belle giornate di sole. Comodo e confortevole con un buon livello di manutenzione.
Very nice apartment, clean
The apartment was big and very nicely decorated. The location was great, relatively close to the beach and all the other attractions. Also very close to the railway which is very convenient if you travel by train.
Loved the terrace and the bathroom set up was good with a double vanity unit. Absolutely great location
Un appartement atypique sur les toits d'un immeuble. Trop fan de l'idée !! La terrasse est vraiment géniale arborée et sans vis à vis. À l'intérieur tout est fonctionnel. Le garage un vrai plus, parce que trouver une place dans les alentours il faut se lever tôt. "les plages" ne sont pas loin et toutes les commodités aussi

Spacious and airy apartment, with a large terrace and beautiful sky views. Staff is very helpful, ready to help with anything.
There were two of us in Rapallo and we wanted a flat that was close to the centre (sea) and could also serve as a starting point for various excursions in the area. CasaViva offers all that. The flat is super nice, with a huge roof terrace. This is certainly a highlight in the summertime! The two rooms and the large open-plan kitchen-living room offer plenty of space for cosy get-togethers. The bathroom is also perfectly okay: shower cubicle, toilet and bidet. This year you just have to reckon with the fact that the rules for identification will be tightened (due to this year's religious event in Rome) and that personal presentation of travel documents will be necessary, but the CasaViva team really organised everything very courteously and considerately so that it didn't affect our well-timed plans at all. All in all, should we return to Rapallo, we will certainly check first if CasaViva is available. Special thanks to Anna, who gave us a very warm welcome and answered all our questions super patiently and very helpfully!

El apartamento estaba muy bueno, muy cómodo y amplio. La terraza gigante y muy linda, y desde Rapallo nos movimos a Santa Margarita y Portofino en carro. Muy cómodo todo.
Location great for walking into Rapallo. Parking a great bonus but your car must not be over 4.5 metres. Roof terrace lovely and spacious. Good cooking facilities. Good communication. We would recommend.
Apto muito confortável, antigo como todos por ali, mas esse é bem amplo e tem área externa muito agradável.
Location. Supermarket close by and easy walk to the old town. Private and safe garage. The terrace (after spending two hours cleaning it)
Terrace view was great!
Le toit terrasse permet d avoir un extérieur en plein centre. Appartement bien agencé, cependant manque de vaisselle, couverts, verres.... La place de parking privative est un plus. Situation stratégique, permet de visiter la région en train ou en bus.

Thanks for the feedback . Breakfast is not include as it is not a hotel or Bed and breakfast. A/C was working . There is no WIFI in the apartmet. hope you loved the view and your holiday
