2. Data collected and purposes
a) Navigation data
The computer systems used to operate the site automatically acquire, in normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols (e.g. IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited). This data is used solely to ensure the correct functioning of the site and for aggregated statistical analysis.
b) Voluntarily provided data
Through the booking and contact forms on the site we collect: first name, last name, email address, phone number, dates of stay, number of guests.
Purpose: managing the booking and communications related to the stay.
Legal basis:performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention: data is retained for 24 months from collection, unless legal obligations require otherwise.
c) Cookies and tracking technologies
