Trilo with patio in Santa Margherita Ligure is a pleasant holiday home that lends itself to welcoming small groups of friends or families thanks to the six beds it can offer. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building immersed in a quiet green area just outside the city center.
The holiday home consists of a living room with sofa bed, well-equipped open kitchen with traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe and the second with two single beds complete - together with a bathroom with shower - the interiors of the property. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV are also available. Outside, however, you can enjoy a large garden equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners as well as several comfortable deckchairs.
The apartment is regularly registered and compliant with applicable regulations.

Santa Margherita Ligure is located at the foot of the Portofino promontory, in a spectacular inlet of the Gulf of Tigullio and is an iconic city of the Eastern Ligurian Riviera. “Santa” is synonymous with elegance. Struttura in ottima posizione per il trekking nel Parco del Monte di Portofino, nel contempo ben collegata con il centro paese e il lungomare. Locali comodi e funzionali, ben tenuti e puliti. Ampio spazio esterno che, purtroppo, noi non abbiamo potuto sfruttare vista la stagione del soggiorno.

Organization with the host was super easy and smooth. Free parking was available right in front of the house. Apartment was very comfy and quiet. All amenities were provided. All in all great experience.
Die Lage war sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse oberhalb Sta Margherita, zu Fuss in 5 Minuten alles gut erreichbar. Schön eingerichtetes Appartement und sehr schöner schattiger Garten nach Norden ausgerichtet der bestimmt im Sommer sehr angenehm ist. Wir waren im Oktober da. Gemütliche Betten.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic property, and I can't say enough about how great it was! The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The space itself was incredibly spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of room to relax and unwind, and the layout was very well thought out. Each room felt inviting and cozy, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. Es ist eine wunderschöne Gartenwohnung mit abgehagtem Garten. Es hat alles was man braucht resp. die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber. Emma hat uns empfangen, uns alles erklärt und uns viele Tipps zum Ort gegeben. Vielen Dank.
Funzionale appartamento al piano terra, in zona porto. Servizi raggiungibili comodamente a piedi, mare vicinissimo. Spazio esterno molto bello, camere spaziose.

Perfettamente situato in una zona tranquilla di Santa Margherita questo appartamento ha nello spazio esterno il suo punto di forza, la stanza in più, immersa nel verde, con una splendida fioritura di ortensie. A due minuti a piedi dal centro e dal caratteristico porto l’appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente ed è davvero confortevole.

Great location, easy to find parking (maybe also cause off season), underfloor heating. Very easy to collect the key from keybox. Nice property with a nice terrace that we didn't use as it was winter but I can see having breakfast there in summer. Close to the centre but outside the busy area.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer und Terasse. Schön eingerichtet und alles da, was man braucht. Der self-check-in über Schlüsselbox hat auch super geklappt. Fantastische Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Hafen entfernt. Parken beim Haus war kein Problem (Anfang Oktober).
Location was good. Short level walk to restaurants and shops. Parking was easy. Clean Quick response from host.
Locație confortabilă, frumoasă bine dotată cu tot ce e necesar, situată intr-o zonă liniștită aflată la 10 minute de mers lejer pe jos de plaje și magazine.Are o terasă mare frumoasă unde poți petrece timpul cu placere și te poți relaxa pe tot parcursul zilei. Gazda oferă explicații pertinente la cerere și accesul fără contact direct a decurs fără probleme datorită tuturor explicațiilor detaliate trimise pe email în ziua anterioara si in ziua sosirii noastre.
De ruimte van het appartement en de ligging zijn perfect. Het appartement was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De contactloze checkin verliep prima.
