Hello, thank you very much for your review and for staying with us. We would like to kindly clarify a few points. Heating was switched on in the morning. Both the double bed and the sofa bed are prepared with double duvets, in line with our standard setup, and we do not use two single duvets for double beds. As indicated in our listing, we provide a courtesy kit with toilet paper for initial use. Instead of tea towels, we provide kitchen paper for guests’ convenience. Regarding the toilet flush and the elevator, they are both standard and fully functional. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us to continue improving our service, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in the future.

The apartment was very clean. Comfortable beds. Cute balcony. Plenty of storage although it is all in one bedroom.
The interior of the apartment was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable & air-conditioning was very much appreciated. Comfortable beds, kitchen adequately supplied with utensils & cookware.
Tolle Wohnung. Mir hat alles gefallen. Ein bisschen laut vom Café unten, aber das ist nicht kritisch. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem lebhaften Zentrum, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte, verschiedene Cafés, Bäckereien, eine Uferpromenade mit Restaurants.

Grosse Wohnung und sehr zentral gelegen. Der Balkon war Luxus. Am Morgen einen Kaffee draussen geniessen und der Stadt beim aufwachen zuschauen - wunderbar.

Zentrale Lage, hohe & grosse Zimmer
La posizione è ottima per visitare tutti i luoghi più iconici di Genova. Pochi minuti dal porto, dai palazzi eleganti, dai vicoli più caratteristici. Nella piazzetta sotto casa, di sera, c'è un animato pub, ma l'appartamento è silenziosissimo. Nei dintorni trattorie tipiche, bar e negozi per tutti i gusti

Signing up via the link that the hosts sent us didn't work very well and is pretty useless. Also, considering that the accommodation has tiles on the floor, and there are no carpets or slippers, it was quite cold and we were wearing shoes all the time.

Lage im centro storico
Die Lage war von den Entfernungen her war sehr gut, die ersten Tage musste ich mich an das doch relativ verfallene Viertel gewöhnen. Sonst war die Wohnung sehr geräumig und sauber.

Good location, handy to historic part of city. Flat comfortable. Appliances worked well. Beds clean and comfortable.
Posizione centrale vicino a tutti i luoghi che avevamo intenzione di visitare con il nostro nipotino e vicino a molti ristoranti in cui siamo stati. La casa era ampia e confortevole. Ottimo il terrazzino in cui ho potuto fumare. Le regole della casa erano chiare e i gestori disponibili la volta che li abbiamo contattati.

Het appartament
It was a spacious apartment in a residential block. It was clean tidy and safe. It is right in the heart of the alleyways of Genova. There was a cool little bar on the square outside which was very good and really popular. The food there was good and we ate there. There was no noise from the bar as the double glazing was good. It had a small balcony which was great for sitting out on in the morning and evening. It was very well equipped with a washing machine and outside line.

Genua heeft een compleet eigen stijl, zeker het labyrinth van steegjes met allerlei kleine middenstand is geweldig, er staan soms wat prostituees op de hoeken van de straat maar die vallen niemand lastig. Bij deur van appartement is een geweldig gezellig bierterras.
The location is very comfortable, everything was pretty much clean. It was easy to get in and out of the apartment. The balcony was a plus.

We are always available on the phone and via messages ( if outsode from office hours there is the emergency number to call or write to) - We are in the office from 09.00 onwards . We do understand that you would have liked to access the apartment in the eraly morning, but as explained, it was not possible as the apartment had guests checking out. The keys were given to you by my colleague who made sure that the apartment was perfect for you and your kids so that you could relax and rest after a tiring day. Hope you liked Genova and its beauty
