Thanks for your commnets which we higly appreciate. Thecode was sent at 16.11 ( late but 11 minues late) - Regarding the washing machine , it is working amd of course guests can use it.
The apartment itself was very nice. Comfortable bed, block out covers on windows perfect for sleeping, a/c gets to all rooms, big lounge room and kitchen pretty good, and could be better with a couple of easy improvements. Had the host sneered any of our questions we sent them, it could have been made better for us. For example there is a dishwasher, we think as there are satchels for a dishwasher, but the door to it could not be opened. There were no drying clothes or plug for the sink so washing up was difficult- only paper towels for drying anything.

Thanks for your review. We would like to point out that : we are available 24/7 - When making a reservation, please remember it is not booked for full days, but for nights - in hotels and apartment the staying is per night, and we did answer that we could not confirm early checkin but we would have been more than happy to let you access before checkin time ,if we could . We give kitchen paper instead of dish cloths and the sink does have a plug. All services are mentioned in the listing. Drying machine is not one of them as in Italy we usually do not use it as we hang clothes outside. Hope you enjoyed our beautiful region .

Muy buena ubicación, es un departamento amplio y cómodo para cuatro personas., pero el colchón del sofá del dormitorio no es muy cómodo. Nunca cocinamos por lo tanto no se si está bien equipada la cocina
Very nice apartment in amazing location 5 mins walk from everything, well presented with nice decor, comfy bed, cute terrace, lift for luggages and trolley, a real gem in the heart of Santa Margherita Ligure! The walk to Portofino was lovely…

El departamento fue muy cómodo para nuestra familia compuesta de dos adultos y dos menores. Muy buena ubicación cerca de la playa y del trasporte que lleva a Portofino

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal centro, spazi ampi, c'è del potenziale in questo appartamento ma va ristrutturato e messo a norma. Positivo che nonostante passi il treno spesso, non ci si fa caso. Casa attrezzata.

Rimaniamo onestamente stupiti dalla sua recensione . Nonostante sia specificato prima di prenotare e nei messaggi dopo la prenotazione che il checkin è alle ore 16.00 , abbiamo ricevuto le sue richieste di checkin anticipato 2 volte al giorno per 15 giorni. Abbiamo fatto il possibile per farla accedere prima delle 16.00 e ci siamo riusciti ! Il checkin è avvenuto alle 13.30 (purtroppo non alle 10.00 come desiderava avendo altri ospiti in uscita) . L'impianto elettrico è ovviamente certificato e a norma. Ci aveva informato che non avrebbe portato il suo coniglietto, mentre il pelosino era con voi ( scoperto al Check out) Le prese funzionano tutte e non abbiamo ricevuto lamentele da parte sua se non al Check out perchè non sapeva dove gettare la spazzatura. Le abbiamo quindi inviato un nostro incaricato perchè la gettasse per lei e suo marito. Il tutto in 5 minuti.
