Per quanto riguarda il self check-in, è una scelta pensata per offrire **più libertà agli ospiti**, evitando vincoli di orario e permettendo l’accesso in autonomia. Proprio grazie a questa modalità, **nonostante fosse il sabato dell’Immacolata, avete avuto la possibilità di entrare prima del previsto**, cosa che non sarebbe stata possibile con il check-in in presenza, dove sarebbe stato necessario attendere l’addetto.

This penthouse was a great find. It’s right in the middle of town very close to the main street and beach and train station. We really enjoyed staying here. It has a great view, and queen size beds, which are not very common for Europe travel. I would definitely stay here again. It is a classic style, loved the decor and big windows.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with beautiful views, clear key handoff, working AC, and comfortable beds.
The location is perfect for enjoying all Camogli has to offer. It has a pretty view, is light and bright.

Hello, thanks for your review which we will take into consderation. However , as soon as the reservaion is made, we send via email all the information to reach the apartment together with pictures of the road, the building , the stairs, the apartment door aand all the suggestion ,together with address , on where to park , what to do in town, where to eat and the same infos are re sent on arrival day .

The unit is on the 6th floor of an older building at a slope and there are about 50 steep steps up to get to the entrance; there is a small lift but the last level is by stairs, …to be kept in mind if traveling with heavy luggage or elderly travellers. The booking and check-in procedure was rather cumbersome…you have to agree to a short-term lease agreement online, upload your IDs/documents and even a photograph of yourself holding your documents; to collect the keys, one needs to walk up to a partnering hotel almost at the end of town (with luggage) to collect the keys where they again photograph your IDs….when booking through their website you also are required to wire a bond of ~350€ to be refunded after your stay which is not required when booking through booking.com All in all, the booking procedure was a bit too much…you have to like such procedures… The apartment itself was wonderrul then with two full-sized bedrooms; the view from the living room „balconies“ is spectacular with full sea views and stunning scenes during sunsets. Mind that the balconies are just cut-out extensions to enlarge the roof slope and there is no space to sit outside, just to stand and watch (which was still awesome for us). The rooftop slope was, however, full on within the kitchen, where it was tough to stand upright when at the stove (if you are taller). There was a washing machine, but be prepared to BYO powder, we also brought along a tea towel, there was none. After check-in you shall inspect thoroughly and document the status of smaller wear and tears; you can point towards damage within an hr of check-in but it is a good idea to keep images with time stamps maybe if you have to wait for bond refund. Other than that, we had a great time there, the apartment is basically heading two stairs down to the beach promenade, everything is in close proximity.
This apartment exceeded our expectations. The location was fabulous. The views from balconies were amazing. Be prepared for some steps up to the apartment, which made the apartment even more charming. Check in was easy and our host, Emma, was responsive and even worked with us to accommodate an extra night. We can only hope to return to this incredible apartment.
Check in und out sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist nur eine Straße von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Wunderschöner Meer-, Küsten- und Ortsblick aus den Zimmern. Wichtig zu wissen, in Camogli läuft man viele z.T. steile Treppen. Auch zum Haus und im Haus. Kleiner Fahrstuhl, aber nur bis einen Stock unter der Wohnung. Und die Straße zur Wohnung ist eine verkehrsberuhigte Straße, die nur zu bestimmten Zeiten und nur zum be- und entladen befahren werden darf. Sonst heißt es viel Glück bei der Parkplatzsuche und Gepäck tragen. Ansonsten sehr schöner Ort, der alles hat was man braucht oder möchte. Nette Bars. Nette Menschen.

Hello Thanks a lot for your review. Regarding heating whrn the apartment reaches the temperature on the thermostat it stops and re start if the temperature in the house drops . This is Standard in italy . Should have we known about this "problem" we would have explained you what to do - Furthermore the apartment has heat pumps so ot can be warm / hot in any time.
Accogliente, elegante, pulito, vista da favola, funzionale. Staff competente, gentile e tutto molto ben organizzato!

Ein traumhafter Ausblick, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Sehr ruhig, obwohl man mitten in Camogli wohnt.
Es war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Nichts zu viel oder zu wenig. Trotz der zweiten Reihe vom Meer war die Aussicht über die Dächer von Camogli super schön. Auf den "Balkonen" war es hübsch zu sitzen und die Aussicht zu geniessen. Es hat einige Stufen die zu bewältigen bis man vor der Haustüre steht. Mit viel Gepäck ist es definitiv ein gutes Training :-). Im Haus hat es jedoch einen Lift.

Thanks for your review. We are happy you found the apartmen clean and up to your standards. As explained the keybox is used when there are guests with different timetables - you put the key in the keybox so the first group to arrive can use it. You did not have to go up and down 6 floors everytime as first, there is a lift and secondly the building has the intercom / interphone so you can just buzz it and open the door as you were told over the phone .
