Casa Viva Service was founded in 2018 with a clear goal: to manage properties on behalf of owners, turning empty apartments into successful holiday homes on the Ligurian Riviera.
Over seven years we have built a complete system: from dynamic pricing to multi-channel promotion, from professional cleaning to tax management. Today we manage over 90 properties and know every corner of every apartment in our catalogue.
CasaViva.house was born from an obvious question: why route bookings through Booking or Airbnb when we can offer a direct channel — no commissions, with the same — or better — quality of service?
