Online check-in must be completed at least two days before arrival, with registration of every person staying in the accommodation. The registration takes place before arrival through a convenient guided online procedure. Instructions will be sent by email, along with the house rules, following the booking. A short-term rental agreement (see full terms and conditions) is required even for stays of just a few days. Check-in after the established times may incur a surcharge and all late arrival requests are subject to confirmation by the property. A security deposit is required via credit card pre-authorisation or bank transfer. The deposit will be returned within 7–14 days after check-out.
