In the heart of the Lagaccio district, a few minutes from the Principe Station, the Ferry Terminal and the entrance to the historic center of Genoa, CasaViva - Casa Cremagliera Genova welcomes up to four guests in spacious, bright and newly renovated environments, designed to offer comfort, practicality and that feeling of home that makes every stay special. Located on the third floor of a building served by an elevator, this apartment is the ideal starting point to discover the city, whether for a weekend between caruggi, historic buildings and Ligurian flavours, or for longer stays dedicated to work or relaxation.
The entrance introduces generous and tidy spaces, where the high ceilings and original grit floors tell the authentic character of Genoese houses, perfectly harmonised with contemporary and functional furnishings. The living room, separate and cozy, has a comfortable double sofa bed and smart TV, the kitchen is modern and fully equipped, the double bedroom is large and bright, also equipped with a TV, and the bathroom is embellished with a large shower to relax after a busy day exploring the city.
The apartment we offer for rent is regularly registered and compliant with regulations.

The area
Lagaccio is a historic, popular, and multicultural district, well connected to the center and Principe Station, where you can breathe the daily life of the most authentic Genoa. It is not a touristy or polished area, but a lively and dynamic area, characterized by a strong neighborhood identity and a varied community of families and local businesses. As in any large urban context, especially in the evening hours, it is advisable to maintain normal precautions when walking. There is a police station in front of the house.

The train station is very close, as are the Principe metro, the Flixbus terminal, and urban bus stops.
