Отдыхали семьей из 4 человек.квартира большая.есть все необходимое и даже больше)рядом супермаркет.до пляжа 10мин пешком.ж/д станция тоже в пешей доступности.check-in быстро и понятно

Appartamento molto bello e ben attrezzato con tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno. L'accesso al secondo piano è reso facile dall'ascensore. Nella casa ci sono riscaldamento e aria condizionata. Lo Staff è stato molto accomodante e gentile: una sera ci siamo dimenticati le chiavi in Appartamento e ce le hanno portate in tempi rapidi nonostante fosse venerdì sera all'ora di cena! Posizione comoda per fare una passeggiata sul lungomare, a una ventina di minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Parcheggi gratuiti nelle vicinanze da trovare con un po' di fortuna. Santa Margherita Ligure ha un grosso problema di parcheggi: i pochi posteggi gratuiti che abbiamo visto sono proprio vicini all'appartamento e questo è un grande pro. Attenzione però, il Venerdì mattina è giorno di mercato ed è necessario spostare l'auto negli orari indicati sulla segnaletica. Vicinissimo all'appartamento si trova un supermercato grande e fornito. Ottima la trattoria sotto casa!

Non era cosi vicino dal mare/centro.
Spazio super confortevole, casa tenuta benissimo e pulita, presenti tutti i servizi e ciò di cui uno può aver bisogno. Gestori estremamente disponibili, presenti e attenti all'esperienza del cliente.

Location and little restaurant downstairs 😅
området var bra, mataffär nära och barer, restauranger och bageri. Fanns en hiss, även om vi aldrig använde oss av den. Vi hade kallt första natten innan vi lyckades skruav på elementen tillräckligt. Det var en del ljud från gatan men vi sov i bäddsoffan i vardagsrummet och där hörde man inget.

Appartamento comodo e silenzioso benché si trovi in una zona trafficata.Una volta lasciata l'auto è possibile raggiungere quasi ogni luogo della località marittima, tra negozi, ristoranti e spiaggia. Spazi agevoli e cucina attrezzata per ogni evenienza.
الموقع يعتبر جيد وليس ممتاز يبعد عن السنتر 15دقيقة حجم الشقة لشخصين مره كبير وهالشي اعجبني وفيها كل الاحتياجات عدا الشطاف.

Thanks for your feedback. Regarding checkin time ( not check out) it is specified in the listing before booking the apartment that it starts at 16.00 so we do not understand why specify it as a minus since, when you booked the apaartment, you were aware of checkin and check out time. Moreover as you actually checked in the apartment at 14.45 ( 2.45 pm) Same for the non present lift in the building. Italy has many historical builsings where lifts were,of course,not present and it is not possible to install them. Then again it is only on the second floor . Check out time is at 10 and apartment was left at 11.00 creating problems for staff. We send emails to remind guests to fill in the webcheckin procedure as per Otalian law we have to register to authorities all guests . Even Italian ones.
