Welcome to CasaViva - Modern Bilo in Genoa Boccadasse, where contemporary design meets the tradition of one of Genoa's most fascinating neighbourhoods, Boccadasse. This recently renovated apartment is the ideal starting point for your Ligurian adventure.
As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by a large and bright bright open space that includes a modern kitchen, a dining area with a glass table and a living room with a lively red sofa and two bed poufs. The balcony, furnished with a coffee table and two chairs, is perfect for enjoying relaxing moments outdoors.
The apartment we offer for rent is regularly registered and compliant with regulations.

The area
Boccadasse is a charming seaside village located in the Albaro district of Genoa. With its colorful houses overlooking the sea and the small pebble beach, Boccadasse maintains the atmosphere of a fishing village of the past. Walking through the narrow streets means immersing yourself in a centuries-old history, among boats and fishing nets. The area is famous for its fish restaurants and its breathtaking views from the Santa Chiara Belvedere. Boccadasse is an ideal place to enjoy tranquility, despite being just a few steps from the lively center of Genoa.
How to get there
Boccadasse is a limited traffic zone (ZTL), so access by car is regulated and requires a permit. It is possible to park along Corso Italia, which is nearby, or use paid parking in the surrounding areas. To get around easily, the bus is an excellent option. Lines 31 and 42 connect Boccadasse to the center of Genoa, with frequent departures from Genova Brignole station. Another option is the train: Genova Sturla station is a short distance away and well connected.

Die Ferienwohnung war super schön eingerichtet und sehr zentral gelegen.
Easy communication with the host. Location is great and still in a peaceful neighborhood, connected to the city center by several bus lines that run near by. The apartment is spacious and well equipped.

Incredible location and Hosts, apartment has everything you could need and more. Highly recommend, it’s incredibly comfortable and a home from home. Has many little extras some apartments lack for more money.

Bardzo ładny przestronny apartament na czwartym piętrze z windą. Duża kuchnia otwarta na salon w którym znajdują się dodatkowe łóżka. Kuchnia wyposażona w ekspres do kawy, ale bez kawy. W pralkę, ale bez proszku. W zmywarkę, ale bez tabletek. Balkon z markizami. Klimatyzacja dobrze działa w salonie i w kuchni, ale do sypialni chłodne powietrze słabo dochodzi. Są wiatraki na upalne dni. Są parasole na dreszcz i na słońce na plaży. Lokalizacja dobra. Blisko do plaży, blisko do supermarketów, 20minut drogi na pociąg. W okolicy kilka przyjemnych restauracji.

La casa è bella, i mobili sono di ottima qualità, è ben attrezzata e la posizione è ottima.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt. Der kleine Fischerstrand ist sehr nahe, die wichtigsten Geschäfte ebenso. In dem hellen vierstockigen Gebäude gibt es nur zwei oder nur drei Ferienwohnungen. Die Hausbewohner waren allesamt sehr freundlich. Von Stress mit Feriengästen war nichts zu spüren. Boccadasse liegt optimal. Selbst ein Spaziergang in die Innenstadt von Genua ist auf der langen Strandpromenade sehr gut machbar, zumal die gut getaktete Buslinie 31 parallel verläuft. Wir hatten das Gefühl in einem sehr authentischen Viertel zu wohnen, in dem der Tourismus billigend in Kauf genommen wird, aber keine Hauptrolle spielt, zumindest nicht in der Nebensaison.
Stylish apartment with well equipped kitchenette and large living area. Nice bathroom with a few toiletries supplied. Balcony. Quiet location with short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach front. Easy access by train (Sturla station is 10 minutes walk) or bus.
Posizione ottima per visitare la città e Boccadasse è una perla! Check in e check out semplice e in completa autonomia. Contatti puntuali e rapidi dal gestore della struttura. La casa è pulita, molto spaziosa e dotata di tutto ciò che serve. Il quartiere silenzioso e con market e ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze. Facilità di spostamento verso il centro città con i mezzi pubblici.

Appartement très bien situé, à 2 pas de la plage bocadasse et ses petits glaciers, très beau, propre et confortable.
Ideal appartement for visiting Genova, it is located just outside the city center but there are ample bus lines to the center. The location of the apartment is however excellent, a quit street but withing walking distance of several (10+) restaurants. Four free beaches located within less then 1.5km, the closest at just 400m. The appartement itself has ample space, is outfitted with all necessities and it is recently renovated, it shows the owners want to please their guests. We'll definitely book it again if we are in Genova.
