Directly overlooking the sea, CasaViva - Seafront Haven in Camogli is a unique apartment in the heart of Dragonara, one of the most fascinating areas of Camogli. Here, between the sound of the waves and the charm of the pastel-colored houses, you can live an authentic and relaxing experience.
The apartment can accommodate up to four people and is arranged on three levels of a single large room. The living area, with an ancient brick fireplace (now only decorative) and a large window overlooking the sea, offers incredible natural light. Going down three steps you reach the separate kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave and kettle, perfect for those who love to cook even on holiday. The sleeping area is located on a raised mezzanine and accommodates a double bed and a single bed, while in the living area there is a sofa bed for an additional seat. The bathroom, recently renovated, is equipped with a shower and decorated with blue tiles that recall the colors of the sea.
The apartment is regularly registered and compliant with applicable regulations.

The area
The neighborhood in which the apartment is located is one of the most fascinating in Camogli, characterized by narrow cobbled streets and colorful houses overlooking the sea. A few steps away, the Dragonara Castle, a 13th-century medieval fortress, offers breathtaking panoramic views and is home to exhibitions and cultural events. The area is full of typical restaurants, welcoming cafes and artisan shops, allowing you to completely immerse yourself in the authentic atmosphere of the seaside village.
How to get there
Camogli is a perfect city to explore on foot, with its historic center overlooking the sea and narrow streets full of charm. For those arriving by car, it is important to know that the center has limited traffic zones (ZTL) and parking is limited. The main options are the paid car parks in Via Ferrari (near the centre) and in the Ex Pisoni area (with free shuttle to the centre). Some free places are found in Piazza Matteotti, but they are few and only available out of season. Public transport is an excellent alternative: the Camogli-San Fruttuoso train station connects the city with Genoa, Rapallo and the Cinque Terre, while local buses allow you to travel comfortably in the surrounding area. During high season, it is advisable to arrive early or opt for the train to avoid parking problems.
