Tellement aimé l'appartement, le parc de la résidence et la vue sur la mer que nous y sommes retournés le week-end suivant.
Appartement calme, décoré et meublé avec goût, extrêmement bien équipé dans une résidence fermée avec une place de parking réservée. Vue splendide sur le parc arboré, la piscine et la mer. Passage privé jusqu'à la promenade le long de la mer

Thanks for your reveiew. Please note that the reception of the condominium sells bathing cap -furthermore it was possible to buy them in one of the shops in Nervi . We have rules like respect silence hours ( from 22.00 to 8.00 pm) and no parties , which we do not think are so restrictive , simply manner rules that sometime we have to remind to guests and as you may aware of, because of a few, we give the rules to everyone . The building is right in the middle of a park and apartment was renotaveted less than 2 years ago and it has the best induction plan, AC , oven and everything you need . As far as the building it is under renovation as you could see during your stay. hope you enjoyed Genova and all its beauties.
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in der sehr schönen und sauberen Unterkunft. Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war top, alle Küchenutensilien waren vorhanden und die Wohnung wirkt nicht abgewohnt. Die Ausstattung ist modern und mit Geschmack ausgewählt. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns, dass es 2 Schlafzimmer gibt, 1 x für Eltern und 1 x für Kinder. Das Gebäude und die Parkanlage sind sehr beeindruckend, Haus mit Geschichte und besonderem Charme. Unser Gastgeber / Vermieter CasaViva war für uns jederzeit erreichbar. Übergabe und Abgabe der Schlüssel erfolgte ohne Probleme, auch eine Verständigung auf deutsch war problemlos möglich - können wir voll und ganz empfehlen und werden den Gastgeber wieder buchen. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war perfekt, ein wunderbarer kleiner Spaziergang zur Promenade (Schlüssel für Abkürzung durch unteren Garten), unweit zur kleinen und schönen Innenstadt von Nervi und mit Auto in kürzester Zeit & Entfernung viele schöne Orte und Strände entdeckt.

Hello! Thanks for the review. The building is child friendly but it is not a resort . it is a residential buildng and , of course, after a certain time , which is at 22.00 it is not allowed to have parties, listen to music very loud or having kids running around screaming as people living there might want to sleeep. Having said that, none of the neighbours ever complained before your stay, so I am very sorry about it. Hope you had a good time in Genova

There is no code for the gates . you have the key to access and inside there is the switch to open the exit gate. unfortunatey the road is one way and of course, if you missed the big green gate you have to keep going and cannot turn around we always send google maps position and the photo so it is quite difficoult to miss it. I am really sorry about it.

Appartamento comodo e pulito in posizione ottima sia per il parco ,,per la passeggiata sul mare e anche per Genova. Torneremo!!

Thank you for your wonderful rating of the staff. We are very committed to our guests. The apartment's amenities include a set of towels for each guest and beach towels are not provided as it is not a holiday resort but an apartment in residents building, just as at the time of booking you are already aware that the apartment does not have air conditioning so why stress on it. A courtesy kit is offered (shampoo, bar of soap and toilet paper, for the first day of your stay , after that as it is not even a hotel guests have to provide for what they need as they do at home. As in Italy water is drinkable and it is actaully better than the bottled ones , we do not offer it to our guests as there is no need for it. There is no coffee machine with capsules but there is a Moka to make coffee (typical Italian ). We hope Genoa has conquered you as it conquers us every day
